Clear We Go clears offices, warehouses, and storage spaces across Toronto and York Region. We remove office furniture, equipment, files, and stored goods when a business moves, closes, or downsizes, and leave the space broom-clean for the landlord handover.
Lease ends and office moves come with a fixed handover date. Desks, chairs, filing cabinets, and stored stock all need to go, and the landlord expects the space returned empty.
We plan the clear-out around building access, elevator bookings, and your last day in the space, and give you a written record of what was removed.

Office furniture in usable condition goes to donation where charities accept it. Metal, cardboard, and other recyclable materials are recycled. Hazardous materials are routed through certified partners, and only what cannot be reused goes to disposal.

Commercial clear-outs are priced by volume, building access, and timeline. After-hours or tight handover windows can affect the price.
