Foreclosure and power of sale cleanouts, documented.
Clear We Go clears foreclosed, bank-owned, and power-of-sale properties across Toronto and York Region. We remove contents left in the home, record what was removed with photos and a written report, and leave the property broom-clean so it can be secured, repaired, and listed.

In Ontario, most lenders recover a property through power of sale rather than a court foreclosure. Either way, the home often still holds furniture, belongings, and garbage when the lender or its agent takes over, and it cannot be listed until it is cleared.
We focus on the part that matters to lenders and agents: a clear scope, a documented clear-out, and a property that is ready for the next step.
Who we work with

How it works.
Every clear follows the same three steps, so you know what happens before anything leaves the property.
Where your items go.
Usable items go to local charities where possible, recyclable materials are recycled, and the rest goes to disposal. Anything you instruct us to hold or set aside is separated and recorded before the clear-out starts.

Both let a lender recover a property after a mortgage default. In Ontario, most lenders use power of sale, which lets them sell the property without taking ownership through the courts. For the cleanout, the work is the same: clear, document, and leave it broom-clean.
