Buyers walk through empty or lightly staged rooms more easily than full ones, and listing photos need clear sightlines. A pre-sale clean-out gets the house to that point without the sellers having to sort, haul, and donate everything themselves.

Where your items go.
Furniture and household goods in good condition go to local charities. Recyclable materials are recycled, and only what cannot be reused goes to disposal. Anything the sellers want to keep is set aside and labelled for pickup.
