House clearing services for the whole home.
Clear We Go provides house clearing across Toronto and York Region: whole-home clear-outs, including basements, garages, and attics. We sort, donate, recycle, and remove everything you no longer need, and leave the house broom-clean. You get a firm written price after we walk the property.

House clearing is for when most or all of a home needs to be emptied — after years of accumulation, before a renovation, between owners, or when a family is consolidating two households into one.
We take the whole job: sorting room by room, carrying everything out, getting usable items to charities, recycling what we can, and sweeping up behind us. You decide what stays; we handle the rest.
Common reasons to book a house clearing
What's included.
- Room-by-room sorting of what stays, what is donated, and what goes
- Furniture, appliances, boxes, and stored belongings
- Basements, garages, attics, sheds, and crawl spaces
- Donation of usable items to local charities
- Recycling of eligible materials, and disposal of what remains
- Hazardous materials routed through certified partners
- A broom-clean finish and a written completion report
How it works.
Every clear follows the same three steps, so you know what happens before anything leaves the property.
Where your items go.
Usable furniture, housewares, and clothing go to local charities. Metal, cardboard, and other recyclable materials are recycled. Paint, chemicals, and other hazardous materials go through certified partners under Ontario rules. Only what cannot be reused or recycled goes to disposal.
Typical price range
$2,800 – $9,000+ CAD
Whole-house clearing is priced by volume, access (stairs, elevators, parking), and timeline. A partial clear of one floor or a garage costs less than a full house.
Ranges are for planning. The firm price is set in writing after we walk the property.
