Estate cleanouts in Toronto, handled with care.
Clear We Go clears homes after a death or a move into care, across Toronto and York Region. We sort what the family keeps, donate what can be reused, recycle what we can, remove the rest, and leave the house broom-clean with a written report for the estate file.

Clearing a parent's or relative's home is rarely just a hauling job. There are papers to find, keepsakes to set aside, relatives in other cities, and often a listing or closing date that will not move. We plan the clear-out with you first, then do the physical work in as few visits as the house allows.
Executors and estate trustees use our written completion report to show what left the property and where it went. That makes it easier to answer questions from beneficiaries, the estate lawyer, or the realtor later.

How it works.
Every clear follows the same three steps, so you know what happens before anything leaves the property.
Where your items go.
Before anything leaves the house, we agree with you on three groups: keep, donate, and remove. Usable furniture and household goods go to local charities, with donation receipts where available. Recyclable materials are recycled, and only what cannot be reused goes to disposal. The completion report lists what went where.
Typical price range
$2,800 – $9,000+ CAD
Estate cleanouts are priced by volume, access, and timeline. A one-bedroom condo sits at the low end; a full family house with a basement and garage sits at the high end.
Ranges are for planning. The firm price is set in writing after we walk the property.

Questions we hear often
Our typical range for estate cleanouts is $2,800 – $9,000+, depending on how full the house is, how easy it is to access, and how quickly it needs to be done. Take the two-minute quiz for a planning range; we confirm a firm written price after we walk the property.
That depends on the estate, so check with the estate trustee or the estate lawyer before anything is removed. Many families do the sorting and set-aside early, then book the full clear once the trustee confirms it can go ahead. We can plan the work in those two stages.
Yes. Tell us what to look for — wills, bank and tax papers, photos, jewellery, letters — and we set those items aside for the family instead of clearing them. We flag anything that looks important as we go.
A bin rental is cheaper per load, but you or your family do all the sorting, carrying, donation runs, and loading, and many items cannot go in a bin. With a full-service cleanout we do the sorting, donation, recycling, and removal, and leave the house broom-clean.
It depends on how full the house is and how much sorting is needed; the written quote includes the expected time on site. We reply to inquiries within one business day, and most jobs start within 3–5 days of approval.
